RTX Corporation, formerly Raytheon Technologies Corporation, is a major American multinational aerospace and defense conglomerate and one of the largest aerospace and defense manufacturers in the world by revenue and market capitalization. The company is a leading U.S. aerospace and defense contractor specializing in missile systems and radar technology. It co-produces Iron Dome components in the United States under bilateral agreements. RTX manufactures aircraft engines, avionics, aerostructures, cybersecurity solutions, guided missiles, air defense systems, satellites, and drones, and is a large military contractor deriving much of its revenue from the U.S. government. It is also one of the largest providers of intelligence services.
