About
Jack Michael Posobiec III, born on December 14, 1985, in Norristown, Pennsylvania, is an American right-wing political activist, alt-right influencer, television correspondent, conspiracy theorist, and political commentator, as well as a former United States Navy intelligence officer. He gained prominence in conservative media circles through his work as a correspondent for One America News Network (OANN) from 2018 to 2021, where he covered political events and promoted narratives aligned with Donald Trump's presidential campaigns, and previously served as special projects director at Citizens for Trump. Posobiec is particularly known for promoting conspiracy theories, including the debunked Pizzagate scandal in 2016, which falsely alleged a child sex trafficking ring involving high-profile Democrats, and for his involvement in election denialism following the 2020 U.S. presidential election. He has been a vocal supporter of Trump, organizing and participating in rallies, and has authored books such as 'Unhumans: The Secret Plot to Destroy Democracy' (2024). Posobiec served in the U.S. Navy Reserve as an intelligence officer from 2010 to 2017, achieving the rank of lieutenant. His activities have drawn criticism for spreading misinformation, resulting in bans from several platforms in 2017 for promoting Pizzagate-related content. He maintains ties within the MAGA movement and has engaged in international political activism supporting Brexit and Polish conservative causes. As of 2024, he continues to operate as an independent commentator focusing on anti-establishment narratives.
