About
Shani Koskas is an Israeli administrative professional and estate manager, born around 1982, who gained public prominence as a pivotal witness in Case 1000, the corruption investigation into Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. She has spent much of her career managing domestic operations for high-net-worth individuals, most notably as house manager for Australian billionaire James Packer’s luxury villa in Caesarea from 2014 to 2018, where she handled staff management, grocery procurement, meal preparation, and hosting duties under Hadas Klein, coordinating with figures like Arnon Milchan. In this role, she directly handed cigars to Netanyahu on one occasion and documented the delivery of luxury gifts, including high-end cigars, jewelry, and 'pink' (Rosé) champagne, to the Netanyahu family between 2014 and 2016—often concealing items in opaque bags to bypass security. She testified in Jerusalem District Court in 2022 about the Netanyahus' frequent visits to the villa without Packer, where they were the only guests receiving sealed cigar boxes and consuming items heavily without reciprocity, as well as interactions with the Prime Minister's Office and security detail, including Sara Netanyahu's direct requests for items. Koskas admitted a personal and familial anti-Netanyahu bias during cross-examination but affirmed following Packer's orders, who viewed the Netanyahus as 'royalty,' and her evidence included near-real-time documentation like photographs of gift bags. She featured as 'Housekeeper and Chef' in the 2024 documentary The Bibi Files using her trial footage. Currently, she works for CPH Management Israel (company ID 515167989), overseeing high-end real estate operations in Caesarea and Tel Aviv.
