About
Michael Seifert is the founder, President, and CEO of PublicSquare (NYSE: PSQH), a marketplace for the 'pro-life, pro-family, pro-freedom' economy that connects value-aligned consumers with over 75,000 businesses emphasizing patriotism, family values, and opposition to 'woke' corporate practices. Founded in 2021 as a conservative alternative to Amazon, it went public via SPAC merger in July 2023. The company board includes Omeed Malik, Donald Trump Jr., Nick Ayers, Blake Masters, and Kelly Loeffler. As of late 2024, Seifert stepped down as Chairman but remains involved as President and CEO (per recent SEC filings). PublicSquare acquired Credova (a buy-now-pay-later platform for firearms) in 2024 and supports pro-life initiatives, such as a 'baby bonus' for employees (2023).
A devout Christian and self-described 'Patriotic American,' Seifert resides in West Palm Beach, Florida (company HQ; previously associated with San Diego and Tuscaloosa, Alabama areas). He is married to Sarah Gabel Seifert, co-founder of EveryLife (formerly Client Services Director at Pregnancy Resource Center), and is the father to daughters Lily Gabel Seifert and Adeline Belle Seifert. Seifert earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Liberty University (Lynchburg, Virginia), an evangelical Christian institution.
His early career included serving as Associate Director at JH Ranch, a Christian nonprofit camp (~2019); Executive Director of a university program for a prominent U.S. nonprofit, gaining expertise in leadership and business development; and Head of Marketing at Pacifica Enterprises, a private equity real estate firm managing over $1 billion in assets (c. 2019-2021). He co-founded EveryLife, a pro-life diaper brand with his wife, valued at over $80 million post-PublicSquare success. He also serves as President at X Strategies LLC and is a recognized thought leader in business development, politics, and culture, including joining a 2024 legal challenge with Dr. James Dobson Family Institute to defend religious freedom.
