Marty Burger is a prominent real estate executive with deep expertise in investment and development across major firms, positioning him as a key figure in New York's commercial property sector. He began his career in real estate acquisitions at Goldman Sachs' Whitehall Real Estate funds from 1993 to 1994. He then spent 15 years at The Related Companies, rising to President of Related Capital Partners. Burger later served as Vice President at The Blackstone Group, working on acquisitions for its first three real estate opportunity funds. In 2006, he founded Artisan Real Estate Ventures, serving as its President and Chief Executive Officer until joining Silverstein Properties. During his tenure as CEO of Silverstein Properties from 2014 to 2023, Burger oversaw significant projects and developed extensive international ties, including 24 trips to Shenzhen, China. He has also been active in industry leadership, previously serving as Chairman of the Urban Land Institute New York. Currently, Burger is CEO and President of L&L Infinite Real Estate Partners, a New York-based real estate venture.
