About
Lucian Lincoln Wood Jr., commonly known as L. Lin Wood, is an American attorney born on October 19, 1952. He earned a law degree from Mercer University School of Law and began his career as a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney in Macon, Georgia, with the firm Jones, Cork, Miller & Benton. In 1979, he relocated to Atlanta, where he built a reputation handling high-profile cases, including the defense of Richard Jewell, wrongly accused in the 1996 Centennial Olympic Park bombing, as well as civil litigation and First Amendment matters for clients like Griffin Industries. Wood rose to national prominence in 2020 for filing lawsuits alleging widespread fraud in the U.S. presidential election, resulting in legal sanctions in Michigan. Facing disciplinary action from the State Bar of Georgia for violating professional conduct rules, he retired from practicing law and surrendered his license in July 2023 to avoid disbarment. Post-retirement, he remains active on platforms like Telegram (@linwoodspeakstruth), promoting conspiracy theories and encouraging followers to 'Speak TRUTH.'
