He facilitated the logistics of Epstein's lifestyle, including financial arrangements and guest management. In late 2021, at age 71, Alessi testified as a key prosecution witness during Ghislaine Maxwell's federal child sex-trafficking trial in Manhattan, providing firsthand accounts of the couple's behavior, Maxwell's dominant role in managing the household and Epstein's visitors, and the inner workings of the Palm Beach property during the period of the alleged crimes.
