Yehuda Setton is the CEO and Director General of the Jewish Agency for Israel, a major non-profit organization founded in 1929 with approximately 890 employees, based in the Jerusalem District. He joined the organization in 2008 as the central Shaliach for the Israeli Scouts youth movement in Los Angeles, later advancing to head its delegation in the southwest United States. Setton has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, focusing on Jewish communal and Israel-related activities, including roles bridging Israeli and American Jewish communities. He holds a master’s degree in Israel studies, with a focus on American Judaism, from the University of Haifa, and a bachelor’s degree in human resources and management from the College of Management Academic Studies.
