Yehuda Neuberger is a prominent Baltimore-based businessman, private equity investor, and Principal at SIM Holdings, LLC, with a diverse portfolio across business sectors. He previously served as Executive Vice President of American Stock Transfer & Trust Company from 2001 to 2008 and continues on its board as well as that of its international parent, Armor Holdco. Neuberger is also President of Brownstone Recovery Group and has been involved as an attorney with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. His board roles extend to numerous organizations, including Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Orthodox Union, Chair-elect of the Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore, Board Member and National Political Chair for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), Finance Chair of KIPP Baltimore, Inc., and Immediate Past Chair of Prizmah: Center for Jewish Day Schools and the Baltimore Jewish Council. Neuberger earned his undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University and his graduate degree from Harvard Law School. He resides in Baltimore, Maryland, with his family and maintains active involvement in Jewish community leadership and education initiatives.
