Yehuda Neuberger is a prominent Baltimore-based businessman, private equity investor, and Principal at SIM Holdings, LLC, with a diverse portfolio across business sectors. He previously served as Executive Vice President of American Stock Transfer & Trust Company from 2001 to 2008 and continues on its board as well as that of its international parent, Armor Holdco. Neuberger is also President of Brownstone Recovery Group and has been involved as an attorney with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
