Wenche Elizabeth Arntzen (born June 26, 1959) is a Norwegian lawyer and judge with a distinguished career in Norway's judiciary. She served as a judge at the Oslo District Court, where she gained international prominence for presiding over the 2012 trial of Anders Behring Breivik, the perpetrator of the 2011 Norway attacks that resulted in 77 deaths. On June 20, 2014, she was appointed to the Supreme Court of Norway, a position she continues to hold.
