Udi Mokady (born 1968) is an Israeli-American entrepreneur and cybersecurity expert best known as the co-founder and former CEO of CyberArk Software Ltd., a cybersecurity firm specializing in privileged access management, which he established in 1999 alongside Alon Cohen, pioneering the privileged access management industry. With a background in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), where he served as an intelligence officer in the elite Unit 8200 cyber intelligence unit during his mandatory service, Mokady developed foundational expertise in cybersecurity, signals intelligence, and intelligence operations that informed his transition to the private sector. After leaving the military, he initially worked in technology roles before co-founding CyberArk to address enterprise security challenges related to privileged accounts.
