Tzippy Feiglin, née Spring, is an American-born individual who spent her early years in Chicago's Jewish neighborhood, attending the local Jewish Day School; her parents owned a Judaica store. She is the spouse of Moshe Feiglin, and they have five children together, including their son David Yosef Feiglin, who was severely injured in a car accident on Route 55 in June 2010 at age 16, suffering a two-month coma before recovering. The family resides in the Karnei Shomron settlement. In 2016, she attended the World Parkinson Congress in Portland, Oregon, as a person living with Parkinson's disease, receiving a travel grant.
