Terry Kassel is Head of Strategic Human Resources at Elliott Investment Management, where she joined in 2009 and also serves as Counsel on the Management Committee and a member of the Compliance and Operational Risk Committee. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from New York University (1971) and a J.D. from Seton Hall University (1975), and is admitted to the New Jersey bar (1975) and New York bar (1976). Her professional career includes roles at Merrill Lynch: Litigation Counsel (1985–2000), Counsel and Head of Human Resources for the Private Client Division (2000–2001), and Global Head of Human Resources and Operating Committee member (2001–2006). Additional roles include Chief Strategy Officer at Elliott Opportunity I Corp., Corporate Officer/Principal at Elliott Opportunity II Corp., and Chief People Officer & Partner at Glocap Tech LLC. She is active in pro-Israel and Jewish causes, recognized in the Jerusalem Post's 50 Most Influential Jews (2022) for promoting Israel through tech and culture.
