Sydney Harbour Casino was the original name of the temporary casino facility that opened in September 1995 in Pyrmont, Sydney, Australia. The permanent casino, designed by Philip Cox, opened in November 1997 as Star City Casino. A 2009 expansion reoriented the building towards Sydney Harbour. It is now known as The Star Sydney, the second-largest casino in Australia after Crown Melbourne, featuring two gaming floors, bars, restaurants, hotel, and entertainment.
