Roy Zisapel is an Israeli business executive, entrepreneur, and the co-founder and long-serving CEO of Radware Ltd., a prominent cybersecurity and application delivery company headquartered in Tel Aviv. He is the son of Yehuda Zisapel, a pioneering figure in the Israeli high-tech sector and co-founder of the RAD Group—a family-controlled conglomerate that has spawned over 20 technology firms. Roy co-founded Radware in 1997 alongside his father and brother Ohad, focusing on web application firewalls, DDoS mitigation, and load balancing solutions. Under his leadership, Radware went public on NASDAQ in 1999 and has expanded into a multinational enterprise serving Fortune 500 clients, with Roy emphasizing innovation in cloud security and edge computing.
