Roni Zehavi is an Israeli tech executive, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Demisto, a cybersecurity company specializing in security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) platforms. With a background in software development and cybersecurity, Zehavi co-founded Demisto in 2013 alongside Slavik Markovich and Gur Shatz. Prior to Demisto, he worked at Check Point Software Technologies and served in the Israeli Defense Forces, reportedly in the elite Unit 8200 signals intelligence unit. As CEO, he led Demisto's rapid growth and innovation until its acquisition by Palo Alto Networks in 2019 for approximately $560 million, one of the largest exits in Israeli cybersecurity history. Post-acquisition, Zehavi joined Palo Alto Networks, where Demisto's technology was integrated into the Cortex XSOAR product line.
