Peggy Shukur is Vice President of the East Division at the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), overseeing efforts to combat antisemitism and all forms of hate across the Connecticut, New England, New York/New Jersey, and Philadelphia regional offices. She joined ADL in October 2019, advancing from Deputy Regional Director and Interim Regional Director of the New England office, where she was a key leader in the organization's regional civil rights and antisemitism work. Before entering the nonprofit sector, Shukur had a 25+ year career as a corporate and transactional lawyer, serving as the first General Counsel at Lionbridge, a global software and services company, starting in 2000, and previously as Senior Securities Counsel at Oak Industries, a $500 million NYSE-listed company.
