The Direction des Services Judiciaires (DSJ) is the official Monegasque Department of Justice and judicial authority of the Principality of Monaco. Established by an Ordinance dated 1918-03-09 and currently governed by Act No. 1.552, it provides administrative support to the judicial system, overseeing services including court administration, legal assistance, apostilles, criminal records, and support for the Public Prosecution Department. It is located at the Palais de Justice.
