Lara Lea Trump, born Lara Lea Yunaska, is an American television producer, political figure, and campaign advisor, best known as the daughter-in-law of former U.S. President Donald Trump, having married his son Eric Trump in 2014. She began her career in media as an associate producer and later producer for the syndicated news magazine Inside Edition before becoming a producer and host for Trump Productions' digital series Real News Update, which supported the Trump administration. Trump was actively involved in political campaigns, serving as a senior advisor during Donald Trump's 2020 re-election campaign. In February 2024, she was elected co-chair of the Republican National Committee (RNC). She is also the host of the Fox News Channel program My View with Lara Trump, which premiered in February 2025. Throughout her public life, she has been a prominent defender of Donald Trump and his policies, frequently appearing on conservative media outlets.
