Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak (born January 1, 1976) is a prominent Emirati government official and business leader who serves as Group Chief Executive and Managing Director of Mubadala Investment Company, Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund, overseeing global investments in sectors including technology, renewable energy, healthcare, and aerospace. He has held senior governmental positions since the early 2000s, including membership in the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi since 2006, where he contributes to policy-making on financial, economic, and developmental affairs. He also serves as a member of the Supreme Council for Financial and Economic Affairs and was the founding chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority. Additionally, he represents the UAE federally as Presidential Special Envoy to the People's Republic of China since 2018, focusing on strengthening diplomatic and economic ties.
