Jonathan Tivadar Soros, born September 10, 1970, in New York City, is an American investor, businessman, financier, and prominent Democratic donor. He is the son of billionaire George Soros. Soros pursued higher education at Harvard University, earning an AB in history in 1993, followed by an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2000. He founded JS Capital Management LLC in 2012, where he served as CEO until transitioning to his current role. Prior to this, he held positions as co-deputy chairman of Soros Fund Management, the family office managing his father George Soros's fortune. Currently, he co-founded and serves as a partner at One Madison Group, a private investment firm launched in 2021 focusing on public equities and special situations. His career trajectory reflects a blend of family legacy in finance and independent endeavors in investment management.
