John Lloyd is a prominent British journalist, media commentator, and senior research fellow at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at the University of Oxford. He has had an extensive career in financial and international journalism, serving as editor of the Financial Times Weekend Magazine (1995–2005), foreign editor of the Financial Times, and political editor of the New Statesman in the 1970s.
