Jean 'Johnny' Pigozzi (born January 1, 1952, in Paris, France) is a French-born Italian billionaire businessman, heir to the Olivetti fortune, art collector, philanthropist, entrepreneur, photographer, and fashion designer. He is the son of Henri Pigozzi, the CEO of the automobile brand Simca, and holds dual Italian and French nationality. Pigozzi graduated from Harvard University in 1974 with a degree in visual and environmental studies. Following graduation, he worked as a salesman at Technifil, a shopping cart manufacturing company run by his uncle Enrico Beretta in Paris. As an adolescent, he began photography with a Leica camera, developing a diaristic style focused on upper-class life, and made regular trips to New York City while at Harvard. Pigozzi is renowned for his extensive collection of contemporary art and has exhibited his photography. He primarily resides in Geneva, Switzerland, while splitting time between Geneva, New York, London, Paris, and Antibes, France.
