Howard Kohr, both personally and as leader of AIPAC, engaged in policy coordination and participated in dialogues and events organized by the Israel Policy Forum (IPF). Areas of collaboration included bipartisan support for Israel, U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East, U.S. aid to Israel, efforts to counter the BDS movement, opposing Iran's nuclear program, and supporting U.S.-Israel defense cooperation. While AIPAC and IPF have differing approaches and often differed on specific issues such as the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, Kohr engaged with IPF to advance these common objectives.
