Gil Hoffman is an Israeli-American journalist and veteran political correspondent, born and raised in Lincolnwood, Illinois, outside Chicago. He holds a degree in political science and journalism from Northwestern University and served as a reserve spokesperson for the Israel Defense Forces. Specializing in Israeli politics, he spent 20 years as chief political correspondent and analyst for The Jerusalem Post, including as Washington bureau chief. He has appeared as a guest on CNN, BBC, Al Jazeera, and lectured at major universities worldwide. Additionally, he teaches political strategy and international communications at Israel's College of Management and hosts a weekly radio show on the Land of Israel Network. Currently, he serves as executive director and executive editor of HonestReporting, an organization combating anti-Israel bias in international mainstream and social media, and is known for his expertise in media strategy and pro-Israel advocacy.
