About
Felicia Wiley Horowitz, an African American woman born in 1966, grew up in a working-class family in Compton, California. She attended the University of Southern California. She is the wife of Ben Horowitz, married since 1988, and a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, with her family. She is the mother of three grown children. Professionally, she serves as CEO of the Horowitz Family Foundation, co-founder and President of the Paid in Full Foundation—which supports community initiatives including hip hop education and events—and on the board of Keep Memory Alive. Previously a supporter of liberal causes, including hosting Kamala Harris and DEI organizations, she has recently shifted to supporting Donald Trump and MAGA candidates alongside her husband, drawing criticism from some in the Black tech community who feel betrayed given the couple's prior advocacy for Black founders and events.
