Dvora Ben Yitzhak served as office manager for Arnon Milchan's Israel-based company, Milchan Brothers, where she worked directly with LAKAM director Benjamin Blumberg on procurement operations for Israel's nuclear and defense programs in the 1970s and 1980s. She facilitated covert procurement by handling coded telex communications with Blumberg to order sensitive dual-use items, such as krytrons, from U.S. supplier Richard Kelly Smyth's Milco International (1979-1982). Referred to as one of Milchan's key confidantes ('אשת סודו') in discussions of his inner circle, she stated in a 2009 interview for the book Confidential: The Life of Secret Agent Turned Hollywood Tycoon Arnon Milchan by Meir Doron and Joseph Gelman: “Everything I did, I did in coordination with Mr. Milchan and was in contact with him almost on a daily basis.” She is also acknowledged in the book's thanks section.
