Donald K. Sherman is an American attorney and nonprofit executive specializing in government ethics and legal accountability. He currently serves as interim president and executive director of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) since January 2024, having previously held roles as Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel, Deputy Director, and Executive Director at the organization. In these positions, he has led legal advocacy efforts on congressional ethics, election certification, Hatch Act compliance, and other transparency initiatives. Sherman is also an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center, where he teaches ethics-related topics.
