The consultancy provides geopolitical risk analysis for companies in infrastructure, raw materials, energy, high-tech, defense, and financial sectors from the United States, Europe, Japan, and India navigating business in Israel and the broader Middle East. Meyrav Wurmser is co-founder. John Bolton served as an adviser to Delphi before his appointment as National Security Adviser. Delphi's most significant contract was as the primary political risk adviser to Noble Energy (now Chevron) for Israeli offshore natural gas operations from 2009 to 2020.
