David Rogers served as a pilot for Jeffrey Epstein's private aviation fleet, including the Boeing 727 known as the 'Lolita Express,' from approximately 1991 to 2003. In December 2021, he testified as a witness in the U.S. federal sex-trafficking trial of Ghislaine Maxwell in New York, describing his duties flying high-profile passengers such as former President Bill Clinton, supermodel Naomi Campbell, actor Kevin Spacey, comedian Chris Tucker, and violinist Itzhak Perlman. Rogers stated under oath that he observed young women and girls on the flights but was unaware of any sexual misconduct or illegal activity, and he had no involvement in recruiting or interacting inappropriately with passengers.
