David H. Faber (born March 10, 1964) is an acclaimed American financial journalist and market news analyst best known for his work with CNBC. A veteran financial journalist, he joined the network in 1993 after spending seven years at Institutional Investor magazine, where he developed expertise in covering financial markets and corporate stories.
