Clive Kabatznik was born in South Africa and received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, graduating with an M.A. between 1977 and 1979. He is a serial entrepreneur and executive in technology, telecommunications, and investment banking, with key roles including co-founder, Director since inception, President, Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer (until 2009), and Chief Financial Officer of Silverstar Holdings, Ltd. (a publicly listed company focused on acquiring and operating internet and technology businesses, from October 1995); President of Colonial Capital, Inc. (a Miami-based investment banking company advising middle-market companies); co-founder and manager of New Bedford Media (a telephony and wireless company); Director at Magnolia Broadband (a telecommunications company specializing in RF solutions); Director of Elys Game Technology (NWGI); and Director at Heavys Inc. He serves as National Chair of the Board of American Friends of the Hebrew University, a major donor and influential figure, and is a member of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s International Board of Governors and Executive Committee.
