About
The Boeing Company Political Action Committee (BPAC) is the political action committee of Boeing, a major American aerospace and defense company. Funded solely through voluntary personal contributions from eligible Boeing employees and retirees, with no corporate funds used, it operates on a nonpartisan, bipartisan basis. The PAC supports federal, state, and local candidates, PACs, political parties, and ballot initiatives who demonstrate integrity and advocate for policies favorable to Boeing's business interests, including defense contracts, aerospace innovation, and manufacturing competitiveness. It is governed by a 12-member BPAC Advisory Board of senior Boeing leaders, reporting to the Executive Vice President of Government Operations, and subject to oversight by Boeing's Governance & Public Policy Committee and full Board of Directors. The PAC complies with the Federal Election Campaign Act and Boeing policies such as PRO-43, prohibiting corporate funds for political purposes.
