BH Group is a for-profit limited liability company (LLC) registered in Virginia in August 2016, linked to conservative megadonor Barre Seid and partly owned by longtime Federalist Society executive Leonard Leo. It serves as the sister group of the BH Fund and is closely related to the Wellspring Committee, functioning as a shell company and pass-through vehicle likely created to conceal donor identities. The entity has been used to funnel donations into Leonard Leo's network of nonprofits, including compensation from The 85 Fund (formerly Judicial Education Project) and Concord Fund (formerly Judicial Crisis Network), both operated by Leo associates. Between 2016 and 2018, it received $4 million from these entities and the Wellspring Committee.
