About
A 501(c)(4) dark money group linked to Leonard Leo, formed in 2016 with $24 million from a single anonymous donor. It functioned as a shell or pass-through entity to obscure donor identities, funding conservative judicial advocacy and policy initiatives, often in coordination with other Leo-affiliated organizations. This included donations to groups in Leo's network supporting Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominees, such as more than $3 million to the Freedom and Opportunity Fund and America Engaged. It was also responsible for enforcing a $20 million donation agreement to the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. The group dissolved in 2017 shortly after a Politico inquiry.
