Andrea Lee-Zucker is a native of Charleston, South Carolina, and the daughter of industrialist Jerry Zucker, who founded the InterTech Group and passed away from brain cancer in April 2008 at age 58. Raised in a family that emphasized community engagement, service learning, and values like standing against hate with urgency, she is an interdisciplinary artist, coach, experience designer, writer, social entrepreneur, and impact investor. She co-founded Antigravity Ventures to invest in leaders and technologies for scalable positive impact. Married to Aaron Lee-Zucker, CEO of collab.health and a tech entrepreneur, she is a mother of three children attending Jewish day schools. Her leadership roles include serving as a director on the US board of IsraAID, an NGO providing global humanitarian aid; board member of The Conrad Foundation and Conrad Challenge, empowering students in STEM and entrepreneurship; convener and steering committee member of The Redirect Collective, advocating for community-based alternatives to juvenile detention; and Washington, D.C. City Ambassador for NEXUS, a global network of philanthropists and social entrepreneurs. She is actively affiliated with Jewish communal organizations, including Prizmah (Jewish day school network), Adas Israel Congregation, and Artists Against Antisemitism. Her personal philosophy centers on unlocking divine potential through self-acceptance, joy, play, curiosity, faith, and incremental steps.
